1. Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)
Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible after it has entered processing or been shipped.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and fulfillment logistics, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after payment confirmation.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
2. Subscription Cancellation
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.
Cancellation is permitted only after the second successful payment has been completed.
❌ Early cancellation before completing the minimum commitment is not permitted and is not eligible for refund.
3. How to Cancel a Subscription
After completing the minimum two billing cycles, you may cancel by:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.
Requests received after billing will apply to the following cycle.
4. Subscription Adjustments
To maintain operational stability and prevent billing conflicts:

Bundle subscriptions containing more than one unit may be automatically adjusted to two (2) units per cycle starting from the first rebill

Adjusted units billed at $48.88 per unit, unless otherwise arranged with support

The originally selected product or flavor will continue to ship unless updated by the customer
Customers wishing to maintain multi-unit bundles should contact support to arrange custom pricing.
5. No Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges only.
Charges already processed for completed billing cycles are non-refundable, including shipments that have already been dispatched or delivered.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute before fulfilling the two-cycle minimum commitment constitutes a violation of our Terms of Sale.
We reserve the right to submit supporting documentation including:

Subscription terms acceptance

Order and delivery records
in response to disputes.
